  111 refereed me to take my child there they then called me to give me a time to come in I show up they refused to see my child telling me to go to the doctors useless place

  They dispensed the antibiotics for my 3 year old, they never stocked the label of dosage and no one picked the phone either

  I rang up on Tuesday to order 10 black eye patches for my wife as i normally get them from here, someone took my name n number saying that they will ring me if any problems. I rang today 23/10/21 to be told that someone rang the suppliers on Wednesday would you not think to contact the customer to let them no the situation NOT TESCOS I HAD TO WAIT 2 DAYS BEFORE I COULD GET INTOUCH WITH THEM. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING TO KEEP PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO RELAY ON A BIG STORE LIKE TESCOS BEFORE THEY LOOK ELSEWHERE I.E. ONLINE OR SMALLER PHARMACISTS THAT WOULD LOVE TO SEE EXTRA CUSTOMERS ORDERS COMING THEIR WAY.
